A2A2 Dairy Products

Genomic information is collected on the members of the dairy herd. The A2 protein component of the milk is genetically identified. A2 donors produce A2 dairy products. Different from A1, conventional milk, A2 dairy products are more easily digestible as many people are allergic to the A1 protein. The A2 products offer those with milk allergies the ability to enjoy milk and other dairy products without the discomfort affiliated with allergies to A1 milk.
